  • I FEEL BEHIND, WHAT SHOULD I DO? 
    • Remember, there is no “behind” in Meander! Give yourself a break and allow yourself to go through the program at your own pace. We always recommend starting with the START HERE content and go from there.
  • HOW CAN I CHANGE/UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION? 
    • Click here for a video demonstration or follow the steps below:
      • Login by clicking on the avatar at the right top hand of the page 
      • Select “Settings” from the dropdown menu
      • Click “Credit Card Info” at the right top of the page
      • Hit “Change Card” button
      • Simply change/update your credit card information
      • Click “Save”
  • HOW CAN I CANCEL MY MEANDER SUBSCRIPTION?
    • If you paid via PayPal, you will have to cancel on the PayPal website.
    • If you paid via Stripe, click here or follow these step by step instructions:
      • Login by clicking on the avatar at the right top hand of the page
      • Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu
      • Select "Billing Info" at the top right hand of the page
      • Click the "Cancel" button
  • HOW CAN I CHANGE MY MEANDER SUBSCRIPTION FROM MONTHLY TO ANNUALLY?
    • Make sure when you make your purchase that you use the same email your current Meander account is under
    • You will first need to click here to purchase the annual option.
    • After purchasing the annual option, log into your account:
      • Login by clicking on the avatar at the right top hand of the page
      • Select “Settings” from the dropdown menu
      • Cancel your monthly payments in your “Account Settings”

  • WHY AM I HAVING TROUBLE WATCHING VIDEO ON MY IPHONE/IPAD/SMARTPHONE?
    • We always suggest watching video from your home computer using Google Chrome as your browser
    • If you do not have a home computer, you can download the Kajabi app (this is the app that our platform is hosted on) for your smartphone.
